CREATING AN ACCOUNT

If you are using our Box Office system for the first time, you will be asked to create an account with us before you complete your booking.

After your first booking all you need to do is to login, by entering the email address and password assigned to your account.

UAL and CSM students and staff, please note: This login is different from your UAL login

 

PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?

If you have previously registered your email address with the Platform Theatre (via in person or telephone booking)  please click the link: “Forgotten your Password” under the login form to activate your online account.

If you don’t have an account with us yet, please click “Register Now” under the login form to create your Platform Theatre account

 

SPECIAL OFFERS WITH PROMOTION CODES

If you were given a promotion code, please select your ticket(s) first and then click “next” to go to the Basket Page.

Here you will find the “savings panel“: just type in your promotion code.

Please note: You may be asked for ID, if you use a discounted ticket.

 

ACCESS NEEDS

If you require access needs seats, please contact us in advance at platformboxoffice@arts.ac.uk and we will reserve the tickets for you.

They will be ready for you to pay and collect on the day

 
BOX OFFICE OPENING TIMES

The Box Office is open on performance days only, therefore advance online booking is strongly recommended.

If you wish to buy tickets on the day:

In person: 1 hour before the show.
